Position: Customer Relations Officer

Type of Employment: Contractual (2 years Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Visit referral point, entrepreneurs houses, customer and clients houses to educate them and to engage them in the shosti clinic services
  • Implement Community Screening, Community Groups, Referral Centers and General Consultancy Service Providers  Database development
  • Implement community promotional activities for member collection, health insurance member collection, donation collection, school and religion based activities as well as community based research implementation
  • Visit referral points and centers regularly, organize groups meeting, collect newspaper as donation, organize activities in school, religion centers, clubs etc.
  • Ensure sales of services, membership, collect payment from referral points, members as well as disburse payment too
  • Help to implement other public health project related to health, education, entrepreneurs etc.
  • Ensure community referral points, referral centers engagement, promote and conduct   training, provide referral and other services
  • Promote other eminence services and entrepreneurs activities
  • Help to documentation of all activities, meetings, incidences and progress
  • Reporting of referral points and centers, community groups technical and financial activities
  • Support clinic manager legal affairs and government liaison, develop partnership with others
  • Promote training activities in the clinic and act as trainer to conduct training related activities and counseling training
  • Provide and ensure referral incentives payment of the clinic health related counseling service, other medical service, nutrition service, general health practitioner service, referral service, immunization service etc.
  • Provide report of the field level activities

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: At least graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Qualification:                            

  • Interpersonal Communication
  • Computer Type in Bangla and English, Email
  • Leadership, interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Ability to monitor the community based activities performed by different group members
  • Weekly and Monthly activity report
  • Ability to interact and handle the government stakeholders
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with community members
  • This position is based on the community based activities
  • This position is based on the regular filed visit at the community level
  • Ability to focus on the specific job responsibilities
  • Demonstrating/safeguarding personal, organizational and medical ethics
