Position: Accountant

Type of Employment: Contractual (2 years Contract)

  • Implement counseling service related to Shosti Services
  • Collect all payment for services, membership, laboratory service, immunization services, ambulance services, referral services, nutrition services, training services, physiotherapy services etc.
  • Implement Community Screening, Community Groups, Referral Centers and General Consultancy Service Providers  Database development
  • Organize all community based group meetings each month, documentation of the meeting minutes and take necessary action for further progress
  • Receive all supply materials, documents, distribute and return any damage materials and maintain the store of the clinic, laboratory and Health & Beauty
  • Implement community promotional activities for member collection, health insurance member collection, donation collection, school and religion based activities as well as community based research implementation
  • Supervise Customer Relation Officer activities at community level and achieve the targets
  • Help to implement other public health project related to health, education, entrepreneurs etc
  • Ensure community referral points, referral centers engagement, promote and conduct   training, provide referral and other services
  • Link up and promote other eminence services and entrepreneurs activities
  • Documentation of all activities, meetings, incidences and progress
  • Reporting of clinic technical and financial activities
  • Support clinic manager legal affairs and government liaison, develop partnership with others
  • Ensure training activities in the clinic and act as trainer to conduct training related activities and counseling training
  • Develop report of the clinic health related counseling service, other medical service, nutrition service, general health practitioner service, referral service, immunization service etc.
  • Help clinic manager to prepare financial report, team member meeting, capacity building of the other team members


Education: Post Graduate degree in accounting, finance and banking, management or other related subject

Experience: Minimum 2 years of extensive development experience


  • Strong Written and Verbal communication and Interpersonal Communication
  • MS office Application, Email, Internet Browsing
  • Use of Face book, Twitter
  • Strong writing  capacity in English
  • Initiative and team player
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report for counseling services/ prepare weekly and monthly financial report with detail financial statement
  • Ability to manage the financial matters with relevant issues
  • Ability to focus on the specific job responsibilities
  • Demonstrating/safeguarding personal, organizational and medical ethics
