Eminence has a formal Executive Committee – known as the EC – consisting of 11 Members, headed by a Chairman. The EC approves plans, programs, strategies, annual reports, audits, annual work plans, and policies and can advice, suggest, and support the organization to achieve the stated vision, mission and goal of the organization. The composition of the EC is, i) Chairman; ii) Vice-Chairman; iii) General Secretary; iv) Treasurer; and v) Member (s). The Chairman is the supreme chief of Eminence. S/he approves decision of the EC and monitors overall performance of the organization.The Chief Executive Officer – known as the CEO, employed by the Chairman is the executive chief of Eminence.
